Real Food. Real People. Real Fun.

FliP brings joy into people’s lives by allowing them time to do more of what they love and less on meal planning, shopping, chopping, and clean-up by offering delicious, healthy foods ranging from grab-and-go to simple, easy to prepare and enjoy so that customers can get back to the amazing lives and work they’re doing.

Our in-house products are frozen prepared dinners made with whole foods. These meals go from freezer to oven (or stove top) to table in about 30 minutes to meet the needs of all lifestyles and time crunches while still eating healthy and satisfying food.

All food manufactured in Gig Harbor, Washington.

Meals can be made to serve one or two people, per request.
